Smolensky Lane is a quiet prestigious area right in the city center with all major highlights, business amenities and luxury shopping centers. You can see different sides of Russia politics, night life, religion just strolling about.
Look through the window and you will see British Embassy, right near your house. Two steps down the street and youre on the embankment of the river Moskva, looking at the Russian White House, where the most important events in modern Russian history took place. In 1993 during the constitutional crisis, tank artillery nearly destroyed the building and caused a major fire. The renovated White House now houses the Russian government.
5 minutes walk in other direction and you find yourself in the New Arbat Street with it's posh shops, pubs, casinos and cafes.
On the way to Smolenskaya metro station you are passing a beautiful Russian Ortodox Church, built in the 17th century.

Check-in Procedure: Upon arrival you will be greeted by our manager, who will provide you with all the necessary information regarding the apartment facilities, visa registration and answer any other questions you might have. Regular check-in time is after 2.00PM and regular check-out time is noon, 12.00PM.
When booking an apartment you will be able to request a transfer. If you are coming to the apartment by public transportation or by a transfer ordered through another company, we ask you to inform us about your arrival time 24 hours in advance.
